We develop furniture layouts and initial 2D drawings while defining the main materials, finishes, colours and overall design direction.

This stage establishes the character and visual language of the project.

Once the concept is established, we develop the project in detail.

Technical drawings, carpentry details, lighting, finishes, materials and furniture selections are prepared.

Where required, 3D visualizations are developed to present the finished concept before construction begins.

Design decisions are translated into real project requirements.

Quotations for materials, furniture and construction works can be prepared, allowing the scope and costs to be reviewed before execution begins.

This is where the design becomes reality.

DA Design and Build can undertake the renovation and construction works directly or provide project management while working with contractors selected by the client.

Throughout the realization stage, we coordinate with the teams involved and monitor the design details to maintain the original vision through to completion.
